Welcome back! It is time I start living up to the name of this substack. Skincare Made Easy. The reason I chose this name is because skincare can be difficult or easy depending on how you look at it. Skincare is all about understanding the basic fundamentals of how your skin works and how to build a routine that accomplishes the needs that you have. The three main components that will guarantee a good skincare routine come down to:
Recognizing and understanding the problem
Creating a plan to solve the problem
Stick to the plan
I talk more about these things in my first post on this substack so check it out here.
Today, if you are like me who suffers from dry or sensitive skin then I am going to make this easy for you and give you my full guide to a skincare routine that will help improve your skin. This will largely resemble my own skincare routine so lets dive into it!
